A clear night and cold conditions led to quite a modest catch overnight in Batch Valley, my smallest yet since I started trapping. I still managed to find three new species for the garden,
Green Carpet,
Brown-spot Pinion and
Hedge Rustic. Otherwise it was the usual suspects, though this included a fine
Antler Moth, with the beautiful white antler-shaped mark on the forewing.
